Dining Packages

  • The Small Plates

    Your choice of up to 4 selections from our sharables menu. When choosing wings as an option, you may choose two flavors, while the wings as a whole will count as only one selection of the four. Served with boardwalk fries & for the sweet tooth we include our house baked chocolate chip cookies & brownie assortment

  • The Lunchbox

    A variety of sandwiches served on our fresh baked baguette to surely please everyone. Accompanied by your choice of either our garden or Caesar salad. For the sweet tooth we include our house baked chocolate chip cookies & brownie assortment. Gluten free/vegetarian options available upon request.

  • The Smokehouse

    House smoked and hand pulled chicken & pork served with fresh baked rolls, BBQ, onions, pickles, & tiger sauce. Sides include our Smokehouse baked beans, fresh coleslaw, and house baked chocolate chip cookies & brownie assortment.

  • The Coffeehouse

    Start your morning with a fresh assortment of pastries, yogurt, granola, and fruit salad. Served with your choice of either 2 coffee selections or 1 coffee / 1 tea and a variety of 2 fresh juice carafes.

  • The Sunrise

    An assortment of savory breakfast sandwiches and seasoned homefries. Served with your choice of either 2 coffee selections or 1 coffee / 1 tea and a variety of 2 fresh juice carafes.

Semi-Private

$1500 Minimum / $500 Deposit

Your company will enjoy exclusive access to a dedicated section of Notch 8 Brewery, which accommodates up to 40 guests and features two spacious high-top tables that comfortably seat up to 16 people. In addition, the area includes two extra 4-top tables and bar seating for up to 10 people. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of our outdoor space, weather permitting, and a variety of games such as Cornhole. Please note that additional tables outside of your reserved area are intended for general patrons and therefore cannot be moved.

To arrange your event, you may reserve a 2-hour time block on any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. The available time slots for afternoon events are between 4pm-7pm, while morning events can be scheduled between 7am-11am. An additional hour may be added to your event for $500.

Private

$4000 Minimum / $1000 Deposit

Your company will enjoy exclusive access to the entire Notch 8 Brewery Bar area, which accommodates up to 80 seated or up to 100 individuals seated/standing. Guests are encouraged to use our outdoor space, weather permitting, as well as the various games we have available, including Cornhole.

To schedule your event, please reserve a 2-hour time block on any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Afternoon slots are available anytime between 4 pm and 7 pm, while morning slots can be scheduled between 7 am and 11 am.

An additional hour may be added to your event for $1000.

Details

All food and beverage purchases will be applied to your minimum (plus tax and 20% gratuity).
All rental minimums are subject to change.
All food is catered and standard menu items do not apply.
Catering is arranged prior to event. No additional food orders will be permitted during event to be applied towards minimum.

Growlers/Merchandise/Take-out are not included

Select ONE package from the catering menu above (priced per person). A selection of 10 variety of draught beer will be made available and are subject to change seasonally. Non alcoholic beverages will also be provided. Additional food items can be ordered from our daily menu. Please speak with event organizer prior to if interested in pre-ordering additional items. A half hour is allotted prior to the time of your scheduled event for set up and an additional 15min after for breakdown for semi-private, 20min for private. In addition we request that all promotional materials and set up be removed at the conclusion of your event. A fee of $100 will be applied every 20min that exceeds your groups reservation time and allotted 15min clean up for semi-private and 20min for private.

Cancellations 48 hours prior to event will be refunded the full deposit. Cancellations 24 hours prior to event will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the entire deposit.

Spread the Word

Advertising of your event on our website and social media platforms can be added on a case by case basis and dependent upon availability. $150 to be featured 7 days leading up to your event. All digital artwork must be submitted two weeks prior to your event. A 24"x33" easel sign (that your company provides) can be displayed 3 days prior to your event for $150 in a prominent area inside between both Notch 8 Brewery & PepperJack's Subs.
